Privacy policy
How we handle your information, and how to contact us about it.
Effective October 12, 2026
This policy explains how Customer Equity Labs ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit customerequity.ai, use our public Revenue Protection Radar at radar.customerequity.ai, contact us, or submit an inquiry or AI Answers intake. A client agreement may describe additional terms for information used in a paid engagement.
We do not sell or rent personal information, or share your contact details with partners for their own marketing.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. This includes your name, email address, company, selected products or services, and messages when you contact us. Booking, application, and service intake forms may ask for other information relevant to your request.
- AI Answers intake and order information. This includes the offering, website, buying persona, buyer questions, competitors, and business context you submit. We store your submitted intake before sending you to checkout, so an incomplete checkout may still leave an intake record. Stripe processes payment and billing information; our website does not receive your full card number.
- Chat conversations. Our AI concierge receives the messages you send and the context needed to respond. Conversations can be stored and reviewed to answer inquiries, check response quality, and improve the service. Avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential material that isn't needed for your question.
- Website usage and technical information. Our hosting and analytics providers may receive your IP address, browser and device details, referring page, pages visited, and interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and errors.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange meetings, deliver the services you request, process orders, and follow up on submitted intakes. We also use it to review applications, maintain business records, diagnose problems, protect our systems, and understand how people use the site.
If you receive marketing emails from us, you can use the unsubscribe option in the message or ask us to stop by emailing info@customerequity.ai. We may still send messages needed to handle an active request or order.
Who receives information
We share information with providers that help us run the website and deliver our services. Current tools include Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, Neon for AI Answers intake records, Stripe for checkout, PostHog for analytics, and Cal.com for scheduling. Our AI concierge uses a hosted agent service and AI model providers to process conversations.
Providers receive information needed for their work and may also handle information under their own policies when you interact with them directly. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transfer, subject to applicable requirements.
Analytics, cookies, and browser storage
We use PostHog to understand visits and site interactions, including session replay that can reconstruct page activity. Our analytics configuration uses browser local storage. Contact-form content, AI Answers intake fields, and Radar data and report areas are excluded from automatic capture and replay.
The AI Answers intake automatically saves a draft in your browser. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to access that draft. Use "Clear saved draft" on the intake to remove it. Clearing site data also removes locally saved drafts and identifiers.
Embedded videos, chat, and external tools may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings or use a browser privacy tool to limit tracking. These controls may affect saved drafts or other features.
Files used in the public Radar tool
The public Radar tool reads and analyzes your transaction CSV in your browser. Its calculation engine does not upload the file or calculated report to our server. This applies to the public browser tool; information you choose to send us separately for a paid diagnostic follows the terms of that engagement.
Website analytics and hosting can still process technical visit information when you open Radar. Radar's file, mapping, and report areas are excluded from automatic analytics capture and replay.
External services and linked websites
Our site links to scheduling, payment, application, social media, and client services, and includes embedded YouTube videos. Those services have their own privacy policies. Review them before supplying information. This policy describes Customer Equity Labs' handling of information and does not replace a provider's policy.
Retention, security, and international processing
Retention depends on the information and why we need it. We retain records as needed to handle inquiries and services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Browser drafts remain on your device until removed. You can contact us about a specific record or request deletion.
We use HTTPS for website connections and limit access to service records. No storage or transmission system is completely secure. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries, where privacy laws can differ from those where you live.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose what to submit, manage browser storage, unsubscribe from marketing messages, and ask us about information we hold. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, receive a copy, or restrict or object to certain uses.
Send privacy questions or requests to info@customerequity.ai with "Privacy request" in the subject line. Explain what you want us to review. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing records. We handle requests under applicable law, including any limits on deletion or disclosure.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. We will post the revised policy here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
