Does a booking link count as a booking?
No. A question, a link click and a completed appointment are different evidence. Confirmed bookings, payments and revenue require records from the relevant systems.
How do you reduce prompt-injection risk?
We validate chat inputs, keep clickable links to approved destinations, and block remote images and embedded HTML. We also test attempts to reveal instructions and redirect visitors. These controls reduce risk; no AI system is immune to manipulation.
Can the agent use my booking or payment provider?
Yes. We can configure approved links to booking and checkout pages such as Jane, Cal.com and Stripe. The visitor completes the action with that provider.
What happens when the agent cannot answer?
The agent says when approved information is missing and offers a way to reach a person. The unanswered question becomes part of the monthly review.
How does the agent stay current?
The agent uses approved source documents and website content. We agree during setup which sources matter and how often they should be refreshed.
